May have eaten grass sprayed with weedkiller

Oh NO, my husband sprayed the front yard with some weedkiller 4 days ago and my chickens may have eaten some of the grass. We let them out and they stayed in the back yard mostly but then I saw them near the front. Do I need to worry about their health or the eggs safety?

I would not eat the eggs fr 10 days just in case
DONOT feed the boiled eggs back to them either
More than likely they would have died if eating the affected grass
surely seems that maybe he should have waited till the hens were in the shed
but it is too late for that
If no hens die in next few days I would say they didn't eat the insecticide
