may have sick chick

This is my first chicks. I have 6.....3 Rhode Island Red and 3 Araucona. One of the Araucona chicks is panting and very lethargic. She stands with her wings partially out. They are almost 2 weeks old. Any ideas of the problem?

Of you have a heat lamp on them it means that she is to hot.. But if not, and you should do this anyway, try some save a chick electrolites! Those should help. And you can pretty much find them at any feed store

Thanks for the info. If she is still alive in the morning, I will get some first thing and give to her.
