We have a ton of Japanese knotweed on our property. Is that something that my chickens can eat? It is kind of like bamboo. Dont want them getting sick.

Hi Cindyandal!
We have 2 different types of knotweed growing here and our chickens and guineas love to eat the plants and especially the seed-heads when they ripen. We've never had any of the birds get sick from eating either part.
