rubber snake off topic story.... Cyn when my son was about 12 he had one of those and it was huge...it was marked like a cottonmouth and we had a den with a fireplace and huge brick ledge in front of it. I lived on a huge lake. He took that rubber snake and laid it in a coiled position on the brick ledge in front of the fireplace. I walked in and saw it coiled there and freaked!

I screamed to my wolf "BEN snake snake" he charged into the den at full speed grabbed it and slung it around hitting it repeatedly on the brick ledge. He was snarling and growling like I had never heard him do before and then he stepped on it and ripped it into two pieces, dropped it and walked away as if to say "My job here is done".

Meanwhile, I hear my son laughing like a loon in his bedroom and I went over to look at the remains and realized the lack of blood and gore...so I eased over to it and touched it with my toes really quick and about fainted when I realized it was that rubber snake.

Good Ben! LOL. I always have those around here. Some of the chickens look at it from a distance, but most ignore them.
