jim just thought i'd let you know, of the 10 guinea eggs i got, 1 hatched wednesday, 4 more this afternoon, and there's 1 more pipped. they aren't even due until tomorrow. glad someone warned me about early hatch possibilities. LOL glad i put them in lockdown a day early just in case.

Mine from Jim are popping out of the shell like crazy right now too! They are soooo cute! I put all 10 in lockdown on Monday evening, even though they aren't due until Sunday. Good thing too, as the little dude/dudette pictured below made its appearance on Tuesday afternoon! As of tonight, I have 5 more out of the shell with one pipped. They're all in a hurry

Cold up north, sorry to say the extra GLP didn't make it. The box was undamaged, it was strange, It may have just been a thin shelled egg.

I hope I have a better hatch this time! Each one has been getting better. I am thrilled with both sets from this swap! I can't wait!

Have not heard from Hennypenny who I sent banty pures to. Not sure if the eggs made it. I sent them out last Tues. and sent Jim the DC # too. I PM'd Hennypenny and have heard nothing. Anyone know if she received her eggs and how they made it thru the mail?
