Got my eggs from Hot2Pot today.... all 10 made it.... none were broken. The carton says "Buff Orpington" but I am pretty sure they aren't.... or was that just to throw me off? LoL
What are they??

Received eggs from Shellyga and Mary Ruth today. Sent you both PM's on how they made it thru.

And Mary Ruth I really need to know what those 4 very tiny surprise eggs were. As I need to know how to incubate at what temp, humidity and days of incubation.

I didn't realize I was going to get so many extras from you guys.

And to think I have 3 1/2 dozen black, white, blue, splash and paint eggs coming from two different people I did swaps w/ separate from this one. From this swap I got a total of 27 eggs. Thank god I bought a 2nd incubator.

The husband is gonna kill me. Oh well.

No, they are not bantam Ameraucana's. Those are probably from my Black split Ameraucana's who are still pullets. Will be a year in August. For some reason they lay a bit of a smaller egg even though they've been laying since they were 6 mos. old. Are those small ones a bit more on the bluer side? If so those are probably from my blacks. I noticed my black splits tend to lay a bluer egg than the Lavs. Not sure why.
