So glad you got them alright! I was a little nervous sending them across the country. I have Swedish Flower Hens hatching today and all five look different. They are a super fun breed!

I havent received my eggs from this swap yet. It would be great if who ever you are could wait a few weeks. All 3 bators are full till I candle sunday and all my broody's are occupied and I have 2 cartons of eggs waiting to go in. If you can't wait thats ok. I'll work something out. Some i'm just checking fertility on but i'd rather not toss them. They're Porcelain silkie and paint silkie eggs. I"m sure you can understand why i'd rather not toss them.

i find that quail eggs don't care much about what's done to them. i didn't even rest mine, and a couple round ones i think went in upside down but hatched just fine anyways. got 18/20 hatched, and they went from out west to va...

here's my little blurb i give customers interested in eggs and/or birds to raise...

yes... an mht is a single file web page. it opens up in IE from my desktop, but i don't think my web server supports the file. if you save it locally it'll probably open just fine.

if you want to save it locally, right click and select 'save target as' and make sure it says mht file not txt file... then you can open it up on your desktop.

edit: the images are not my own, but stock photos found on the web. it's not intended for web distribution, but as a printed handout.

Really sad I missed this month as some of the ducks are laying profusely. I hope I can make it into a swap later on! It sounds like a ton of fun to feed my quickly growing obsession!
