Maybe a Buff Orpington??

5 months and it is smaller than all my other BO and makes funny noises.. I have no idea what it is or why it isn't growing. Any Ideas??

I agree, not a buff orphington. Here's a pic of mine...she'll be 2 months old this month. Also makes funny noises but I think it's because she's getting older. She "honks" whenever I pet her...lol!!

Huh, she looks like a Red Laced White bantam cornish. But that's not something you would just stumble across, there's very few people breeding them. The normal color you run across in cornish (bantam or otherwise) is White laced Red (reverse of your girl).
