maybe a silly Q about fuzzy butts

my girls are about 11 weeks old and they still have the fuzzy bums. i have a buff orpington, a black austrolorp and a blue andolusian. will this eventually change and become feathers too? or will they keep the cute fuzz?

I think their bums always stay a bit fuzzy.

I read somewhere that the feathers around their vents will tend to remaid fuzzy, and that it's called "fluff".

Highly technical term, of course.
