Maybe Mallards?

You think they are less then a week? I thought they would be at least 4 weeks because of how well they swim.
They are still relatively small. Ducks grow fast, so there would be a significant difference in size at 4 weeks.

I think you should put them back I know your intentions are good but what you did was illegal and you don't want to keep in the habit of doing illegal rescues.

Alternatively you can find Wildlife Refuge to take them too.

Just my 2 cents. Might want to check your local laws about releasing animals into the ecosystem - even though you rescued them.
Different areas have different laws and you're really not supposed to "rescue" wild ducks apparently.
I would check the laws and then look into a rescue facility.

It's actually federal law so it doesn't matter what state you live in. It even applies for Canada and Mexico.

But don't take my word for it look it up it's called the migratory bird treaty.

Federal laws carry much different penalties. Be very careful.

MALLARD, Anas platyrhynchos. Is on the list.

Yes, that is right. I knew it was a federal law about interfering with ducks. I was pointing out that releasing animals into the ecosystem is also against the law depending on the state - no matter what animal.
However, once you interfere it's kind of too late?

I’ve had them since Wednesday. I can find a facility for them, you think that’s the best course of action?

Id put them back exactly where you got them maybe even sit there for an hour or two (at a distance) and just watch them, mayne put some food and water so they will be comfortable.

I know for deers the mom will leave the baby go for hours at a time to come back I'm not that experienced with wild birds.

Fact is no one here is going to snitch on u. If u want to keep them go head im sure u will do a great job raising them!

But there could be a mother duck looking for her babies!! Just saying.

If u do put them back make sure theres no geese or swan around. They might eat / kill them. Gl whatever you choose$
