Maybe only 2 roos?

My 11 BBS Orpingtons will be 5 weeks old on Wednesday. So far I only see 2 roos. What do you think?




Notice how the 2 roos are the only ones standing up. Oh the back board was my old painting board!!

I think you are right. I see two as well. Were they straight run?

I'd just advise caution as I've seen orpingtons mature pretty slow here. Seems more often with the bbs stock, they haven't been hatchery bred for ages like the buffs to mature earlier. I've seen pics of six month old birds on this board that were still iffy. But best of luck to you!

I hatched these from shipped eggs. I do have 2 of them that are also maturing slowly. Not as many feathers as the others. But I am still hoping for just 2 roos. I have one already sold. So that would be great

I will post another picture in a couple of weeks to see if there are any changes.
