Maybe sick? Advice

My silver leghorn hen seems to be normal she eats and drinks normally however I’ve noticed for the past couple days her chest is puffed like this in the image? Is that normal? Or not I am a first time chicken owner and I need advice.

that is just her crop. part of her digestive system that holds feed before going into her gizzard and proventriculus(stomach). beautiful bird!
