Mom's is Woodworth ( English )
Grandma's is Beckett (English)

My mother was a Karrar - and if you can find any other Karrars, I'll be indebted to ya

If you go to the SSDI, even, you'll only find a handful. (and I'm related to all of them.)

Of course, if ya look in Arabia you can find them, but these Karrars were from Switzerland via Canada.

G-Grandpa was a Stambaugh (lots of folks across the U.S. in that line). Gingrich, Ingall, Daniels, Kinney/Kinne/Keney, Clark, Bennett, Chapman, ummm.... would have to go look up some other names

On my Dad's side I was a Vance. I have not traced his tree much.

eta - if it helps, most of my mom's family eventually ended up in Michigan. My dad's family was mostly in Missouri at the time.

My maiden was Paceley which goes back to Scotland of Pacely, Paisley.

My married name was Geiger, which it was from Germany and Alsace, France via thru Baden, Germany. I can not trace too far back because the records are very vague in Germany. So was Kuntz, also from Germany.

Now my husbands last name is Leonard but at some point in the family tree they abruptly changed their last names and no one knows why, the original surname was O'Rourke.

Thats ok my fathers last name was Leonard until he was 18 then it was changed to Meade

My husband mothers last name was Murray
His great grandparents were Pace, Riebsamen, Bettinger, Strader/Eggelston
