Looks like the navel to me.
Is the chick able to stand or move about?
Is her leg swollen?

IF not, then Put a dab of triple antibiotic ointment or bacitracin on the scab/navel. Line a coffee or tea cup with a paper towel. Put the chick in the cup and but her back in the incubator. Leave her another 6-8 hours or so, see if that draws in.

It's not really that uncommon for a chick to pip, then take a long break over 24hrs to zip.

Sometimes chicks that are assisted don't do very well, so keep that in mind. Not sure if you've seen this article, but it's a good one. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/
