Any of you make your own mayonnaise from scratch?
I tried it the other day while making egg salad sandwiches (I was out so I figured well it can't be that hard). Well it wasn't perfect... anyone have any tips?
Also foodsafety? Any tips on how to store the eggs when I intend to use them for mayonnaise?
