wow i've just had a tomato sandwich with mayonnaise, from my hen eggs. The tomato from my garden, and bread i made from strach. This is great!!!

i love meals I make from only stuff I have grown and raised, it is such a good feeling and so much yummier. With Harvest here my grocery bill has been cut by more than 1/2 and I am canning and freezing like a crazy woman

It is wonderful to be able to make a meal from all your own produce and eggs (and possibly meat etc)....I feel sorry for people that have never had the opportunity to experience that!

I love my eggs and Mayo. Blueplate or Hellmans. Now we need to learn how to make our own Mayo. think I'll work on that this weekend!
