As I was slathering my toast with mayonnaise, I just wondered if anyone has a home made recipe for mayo. Doesnt it take a lot of eggs?

Oh egg-celent!!! Thank you so much for that link. Will it really taste like store mayo? I didnt realize there was so little flavoring added.

No, it won't taste like store mayo. It tastes better. Season it to suit yourself. We all have different taste preferences.

I like Duke's, too, but I can only buy it when Im in NC. They dont seem to sell it in CA.

I love homemade mayo even better!
