McMurray--Positive Experience w/Customer Service

I ordered WormGaurd Plus w/flax seed from McMurray on Thurs. I received it on Sat. but the bag within the post office bag was busted open. So I called them this morning and they're gonna send me a brand new bag...at no charge!! I thought that was very good customer service. Just thought I'd put that out there

They do have a good reputation overall. If anyone ever searches mcmurray on this board there are hundreds of good posts about them.
