Positive posting here regarding customer service I receive. I purchased an Over-Ez medium coop last year and when looking for the keys to the coop yesterday discovered I had lost them somehow. I reached out to their customer service regarding the lost keys today and they are sending a new set in the mail today at no cost. I really love customer service that is as responsive as they are.
