McMurray Shipping Question

I'm probably reading way too much into this, but when my confirmation email from McMurray says:
Delivery Week: April 19, 2010 (which is a Monday)
Your Poultry will be delivered Sunday through Tuesday the week listed.

Do they mean April 18th through the 20th
or
Do they mean the next Sunday-Monday (ie 25th through 27th)?

Just wanted to confirm since I have limited time off work. Thanks!

And also do they put your phone number on the box so the post office can contact you?

Yes, they do mean April 18th - 20th! And yes, the post office will call you. I received a phone call at 7:30am on a Sunday to let me know my chicks had arrived. I was shocked (even though they say chicks can arrive on a Sunday). I said that I thought the P.O. wasn't open on Sundays. The employee said that the mail still moves and deliveries are still made! I picked up my babies just as soon as I could throw on my clothes and drive down there. She had me pull into the area where the delivery trucks park and walk up that way You'll have so much fun with your babies!

I would also contact your PO a few days prior to your expected delivery and let them know you are expecting live chicks and ask them to call you any time day or night. Our PO waited for me to call - the chicks had been there for several hours before I called, even though I called first thing in the morning!

Thanks for the answers and advice. I will contact my local post office this week coming (and try not to sound too eager and crazy).
Some posters on here though state that their regional post office calls them to pick up the chicks a day earlier instead of waiting until the chicks arrive at their local post office. I always assumed that the customers phone number is somewhere on the package because of this. Glad I asked. You guys on this site are the best.

My phone number was clearly marked on the box. The postmaster just chose to wait for me to call.....

And we got ours on a Sunday! The postal Hub called to announce their arrival!
