Hi all! I’m back with another breed guess request I got a batch of Meyers rare breed mix a week ago and I’m trying desperately to identify some of the babies before I rehome them. I know ultimately it’s way too early to tell for sure but I’m hoping to get some leads. Have I mentioned you guys are the best?!?

1 pictures: Confirmed Delaware on L - chick on R just lighter coloration?

2 Pictures: these two seem to be the same breed

3 pictures: unsure if this is the same breed as 2

4 pictures: pretty confident this is either a Exchequer Leghorn or a Mottled Ancona but whichhhhh

Too early for sex and guess the breed. The black and white ones look like australorp, which are common.

3) Looks to be an Australorp as well. One of my Australrops looked almost identical to yours as a chick
4) You honestly can't tell at this stage. Exchequer Leghorn's are smaller than the Mottled Ancona's and start laying earlier. Mottled Ancona's and Exchequer Leghorn's are actually closely related. How much did you pay for them? Ancona's are $4.56 and Leghorn's are $9.47 USD

Shouldn’t be australorps as they aren’t considered a ‘rare breed’ by Meyers and shouldn’t have been included in the mix but who the heck knows. Ha I believe they were all about $4.50 - discounted as they were hatchery choice.

Then I'm guessing that 4 is probably an Ancona! We have 2 Ancona's and they are pretty nice birds, not cuddly but not mean/extremely skittish.
