Me Again,

This is Penguin, 6 weeks old, I'm wondering if he is a cockerel. I'm pretty sure he is. Also any clues to his breed? We got him from a bunch of chicks they hatched in my son's class.

Got any better pics? He's hollering roo, but its a little hard to tell what breed with that pic, if I had to guess I would say Black Australorp
