This is the friendliest chicken I've ever had. She loves being picked up, loves being scratched and even loves being roughly scratched on her wings and ribs with both hands. She makes a lot of noise and fluffs and thrashes a bit at that last, but she comes back for more every time. I put my hand low to the ground and she'll hop on and pretty much run up my arm and happily ride on my shoulder up until the feed hits the ground.
My sister says I look like a redneck pirate, all I need is a dilapidated pontoon boat with a smokey old engine, folding lawn chairs on the deck and a Jolly Roger with a deer skull and crossed AR-15s.
