I live in Oxford Pa ( Chester Co ) i was told last year that my chickens had to go do to we are 1/4 short of 2 Ac me and my son are Disable and it gives us so thing to do and i helps us keep on the right track i even went to the twp to ask them to lower the Acres to 1 1/4 Ac and the said no but we live in a Amish Owned house and he has 90 Ac down the road for me But it is Zoned as a Farm ( i was told by a Amish Farmer NOT My landlord there is a Home gowing Act or a Farming for self sufficient Act Some One please help me out i miss my chickens and my eggs when you are on Disable $1200 don't get you a lot so i'm asking for help PLEASE

As for your zoning issue, reach out to these folks and see if they can help you. http://www.chickensandyou.com/OccupyBackyards.html They've been very active with many tough situations, even going through the process of getting the town counsel changed to a chicken friendly group.
