Meal Worms, How many to feed?

I have seen a lot of threads about meal worms but haven't seen much about the best way/amount to feed them.

I have a flock of 30+ birds, just wondering?

Are mealtimes going to be their main feed or just some treats? I would not just give your chickens just mealworms as a staple feed. But if it's for treats, then I'd do a couple handfuls occasionally.

Treats I don't think they are a sustainable diet just can't find anything that tells what a good ratio to feed is and best method to feed them.
