Mealworks

What people thoughts of giving dried mealworms to chicks? I have never done it but someone gave me 4 four week olds this weekend they no longer wanted and they came with a bag of mealworms.

I do it its not a meal just a treat. My chicks love them,but they only got them maybe once a week.
