Note: My medium mealworms are around 3/4 in length. The number of worms shipped is approximated based on an established average weight of 150 grams per 1200 medium sized mealworms. The photo is for general representation, not the actual worms to be sold (those have long since been devoured by my chickens!

This might be a silly question... but how do you store mealworms? I'm assuming they don't eat all 1200 at once. Yikes!

You'd be surprised. My six chickens could eat 1200 in a couple minutes, if given the opportunity! They make it look like not much at all. But you can store the worms in the fridge for up to a couple weeks, feeding a few hundred at a time, depending on how many chickens you have.
