mean chick or rooster need help

i have no idea what to do so i separated the chick for now it attacks all other chickens it is 3 or 4 weeks old now and pecked the eye out of one its hatch mates so i put it with older bird thinking it would mellow out and it attacked the bigger 8 weeks chicks then my brood hen what the heck is going on never seen such an aggressive bird its a Egyptian fayoumis. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated i tried feeding it egg crumble and trying to find it a friend but its just not working stuck would love some thoughts on this
