Someone on Facebook suggested that she might be a roo...
They are in with an MHP, grit, a clump of dirt and weeds (when I removed it they had their first dust bath!), logs to roost on, and shavings all over the bottom.
Obviously they could still be bored, I guess, but I don't think that's it...
She wasn't eating, or sleeping, or grooming herself- she was too busy harassing all the others!
As soon as I took her out, the whole flock curled up on top of the MHP (it's 86f right now! Hot day) and took a nap... I felt so bad for them :-(
I get that it's natural behavior but I didn't want to lose another chick (lost one a couple of hours ago, not because of her...).
