We are happy to report the chick has shaped up. Thanks for the tips we used the bully box and added toys and it solved itself. Thanks all who gave input

Generally speaking with enough pecks on the head most bully chicks will either establish their dominance or else abandon their march up the ranks of the pecking order.

Nothing happening usually signifies that one or the other chick has found its place in the flock.
