I have two Silkies and a mix of other chickens, (9 total) they have been together for a year and all of a sudden they have ganged up on my little Silkie. She is scared to death and stays on the perch or hiding in the nesting box. The meanest is the other Silkie. I don't know what has happened or what to do, any suggestions?
