Animal Control was here today. He tried not to chuckle at my animals "conditions". I had him stand in my driveway so he could hear the "noise" issue. Then we went into the backyard and the turkeys gobbled when they saw him, he said they're not very loud. I offered to walk him up so he could see inside the coop to see the "smell" issue. He said he didn't need to. He said he could not give me anything in writing because there are no violations but gave me his card to give to the neighbors or the HOA president and said to have them call him if they would like.

I hope this is the end of it but we all know the kind of people I am dealing with.......
