Measuring incubator temp

I have a homemade forced air incubator, and I'm having problems measuring the temp.
I have two thermometers, both placed at the same level as the eggs, one with a regular tip, the other inside a dummy egg filled with water.
The regular one reads ~96.26F, the dummy egg thermometer reads ~104F. This values are so different that it makes me crazy. (I tested both with regular tips before and they were reading equal values in several different situations.)
Any idea of what's going on? And how can I solve the problem? The dummy egg is a water balloon filled at the size of an egg.

P.S.-> (96.26+104)/2=100.22F

Do you have any pics of your incubator?

Hi, I'm still having problems reading the temperatures, but have also been with problems on my internet connection so I wasn't able to upload images sooner.

Here is a video of my incubator, www.youtube.com/watch?v=knsuLYQB6O0
In
the video the incubator was still being constructed so I took a frame of the video and marked in red the places where I have placed the "thermometers" (thermistors) that are working as sensors connected to the control board,

Hope that someone can help me out, thanks
