Something like this should be discovered by you.You could get some advise from many but shouldn't lean towards any one ,because you may be disappointed(I feel some have already)You won't find all your answers in just one batch,it will take a few times before you see what works for you.
My advise would be to try a few breeds,a few hatcherys and then compare results. They all have different prices and have perks with numbers or breaks on shipping.Just check around. As you can see on this board some that have good luck with one is frowned on by another. So it's hard to say.It may even be hit or miss.I've noticed that some prices can be as much as $1. more per chick but I don't believe they are all the same. There are fast growing Cornish, slow growing Cornish and other names depending on the Hatchery. Each one may use a different name. But I do not believe that all the Cornish crosses in North America come from the same place.Do you really think one place could provide all the Hatching eggs for all the Cornish orders each day?Breeders are constantly breeding for improvement to provide a better bird. And some breeders are more particular than others
So again,I think it would be best for you to search this site and get a general idea what different people are doing.Find one or a few Hatcherys that have been reputable (there are many that sponser this site) and go from there. Then after a few batches you will know from your own experiences what works for you.
Let us know what you end up doing. good luck Will
