Meat Bird (red ranger) having trouble breathing

5 week old RRanger is wheezing. I'm in NH. I've separated her.....don't really want to give antibiotics as this is a meat bird due to slaughter in 5 more weeks. Thoughts? Cull immediately is what I am thinking. This is my first flock (20 hens and 10 meat birds, separated). Any advice is welcome. Thank you.
