:lau wanted to see if it was possible before I give my eggs away 🤣

Don’t have a stove atm. Although I want to get a camping stove or something hah I have a skillet.
I have an electric burner from when I was remodeling my kitchen and needed to have something to cook on.

Electric burner

An electric skillet will work too.

Thanks! That’s a good idea! I used to have an electric skillet they put in here but then they decided it wasn’t safe? Idk. I didn’t get to use it. I gotta ask about it.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned "blue" steak. That's where it is seared on the outside, but still cool in the middle. I've had it a few times, but medium rare to rare is my preference for steaks. Texture is best there. Sadly, I have to have burgers cooked medium... I have a kidney transplant and the risk of e. coli is high enough that I can't eat a burger medium rare. Steaks are safe as long as the outside is seared.

I'm very familiar with everything that goes along with being a kidney transplant recipient. My husband had 2. Was preparing for a 3rd when I lost him. I used to cook his steaks closer to medium, and I fixed his burgers well done. He'd have liked them my way, but with the rejection meds I didn't want to risk it. How long have you had your transplant?
