Meat rabbits

Not all. There are all sorts of myths about how you have to mask the scent, but it's not true at all. Simply take the kits that need fostering and put them in with the doe that needs a few more. That's it.

A good place is the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) online. You will find reference to just about everything you need to know about rabbits there.

not really anything in particular I'm using 30 by 36 in cages from tsc and feeding them rabbit pellets and alfalfa hay

You can remove 1 wall of 3 of your cages and connect them together so you have 120" wide by 36" deep and build a frame under them and a roof the same size and connect them with the legs. Build nest box on back of the cages so you don't minimize the rabbits movement space. We feed Timothyhay (Same hay they feed horses) because we were told alfalfa was to rich for the rabbits.

Another good site is RaisingRabbits.com. It helped me get started, and still provides tons of help!!! It has alot of practical knowledge, like feeding, kindling, housing, breeding, and breeds.
