I would suggest that you build your kit around things that you find that you use most often.

Find a good recipe for making saline to rinse wounds/eyes.

Triple Antibiotic Ointment is a common treatment found in most homes or should be in first aid kits.

Calcium Citrate+D3, keep this on hand for laying hens that are in crisis (prolapse, having problems laying an egg).

There are so many products, medications, treatments, etc. that could be purchased (lots of $$) and never be used, get old/bad. You may find that buying "as needed" may be more sensible and economical.
