Thank you! They're definitely adorable. I'm not going to be able to go into Rural King now that I've decided I'm done buying chicks for this year! TSC stops selling them this time of year, but the RK opened in the spring and they sell them year round, lol.

Oh geez! I did not know that RK sold chicks year round!! 😭 There's an RK not too far from us, but TSC is closer, so I don't usually go to RK for anything... I am shooketh.

"You cannot have more chickens, you cannot have more chickens, you cannot...Do not collect chicks, do not pass Go..." (me talking to me)

We typically go to TSC for our pet food and all my chicken supplies. But the RK has way more in the way of clothing and shoes.

I don't think the feathers are an issue. Some chicks will have wonky looking feathers on the wings as they feather out, once they are more filled in they look normal. I've attached a picture of one of my chicks this spring like that, it's perfectly normal looking now.
It could be a frizzle since there does seem to be a slight curl to those feathers however, time will tell. My chick below is not a frizzle.

Thank you for this! This chick is gonna take a few years off my life before her she grows up, lol.

Frizzle or just wonky, it doesn't matter to me as long as he or she continues to do well.
