Medically isolated Pekin Drake plucking chest- how can I help him?

I have a medically isolated Pekin duck drake. He is pulling his chest feathers. He is injured and has to have minimal movement for the next 4-5 days, how can I help him? I’m sure being away from his flock (he stays outside in a large crate where they can see each other and his flock stays with him), as well as being medicinally treated twice a day is stressing him out- does anyone have ANY suggestions?!! TIA

Have you tried hanging a large mirror next to his crate so he can see is own reflection?
