Medicated Chick Starter or Unmedicated w/Corid?

I had my 7-week-olds on Purina medicated chick starter. When I went to TSC to get more I decided to buy Dumor chick starter instead because I read that Purina doesn't have any animal protein in it. After I got home and filled the feeders I realized that the Dumor's isn't medicated. Since then I have brought home 10 one-and-a-half-week old chicks that I found have coccidia. I have them on Corid, feeding 50/50 feed and powdered milk and also giving them yogurt. They are doing much better now. My question is, since I have them on Corid and will be keeping them on it for 21 days, do I still need to switch them back to medicated starter? When I've used up what I have of the unmedicated Dumors I'm going to go back to the medicated Purina until the youngest ones are at least 12 weeks, but I have a lot of the unmedicated to use yet. Am I OK giving them the unmedicated as long as they are still on the Corid? Thanks for any help!

I am still just learning about all this so maybe someone else will chip in, but I believe you only do the corid treatment for 7 days, then you do not need to feed medicated feed. If the corid solves the problem, I don't believe they will get cocci again. Someone else???
