Medicated feed?

So I have been using the purina start and grow MEDICATED feed since the chicks were hatched.

They are now 14 weeks and have been scratching around in the run in the dirt for a month or two now.

So given that they have had over a months exposure to the soil (and even before I had them out in the run, I was throwing clods of dirt in the coop and brooder with them), when can I switch to the unmedicated feed?

Or should I just wait until 18 weeks and go straight to the layer feed?

You can switch them to unmedicated feed now. However, I am sticking with Purina Start & Grow until 18 weeks just because there is no unmedicated Purina feed offered where I live. At 18 weeks, I will switch to the Purina Layena.
