Marek's disease vaccine is given to day old chicks, and it's the only vaccine routinely used by many of us. Commercial operations, and show people, do more, and each product has instructions for it's use, and different ages given.
Fowl pox vaccine can be useful during an actual outbreak, but again, usually isn't given to home flocks.
