When a hen is taken off of medication, how long does it take for the medication to get out of her system? Although the medication supposedly is safe to eat, I would prefer not to eat chemicals. How long should I wait until I resume eating eggs?

Depends on the medication, they all have different withdrawal times. You can google the name of the medication with withdrawal times right after it and there is one site that tells the medication withdrawal times in humans and all animals.
