What kind of medications/supplements/healthcare items are recommended to keep on-hand?
I have a small flock of 4 hens (will be 8 soon), and I'd like to be prepared for any common illnesses and injuries.

Thanks!

I wouldn't get anything with expiration dates like Corid or Ivermectin. But keep in mind that Corid is for coccidiosis, and Ivermectin is one way to get rid of SLM (scaly leg mites), and over the years we've wound up with both.

Our drive to TSC is 15 minutes, so most stuff we'd just run get. But here's what we've accumulated as we needed it. Some people want this huge box of stuff, and half is never needed/used.

Vet Wrap. #1 used item
Triple antibiotic ointment (without painkiller).
Vetericyn Antimicrobial Spray
Poultry Cell - vitamins
Nutri-Drench - fast-acting vitamins for a weak chick
Hydro-Hen - probiotics and electrolytes

What are you normally using the vet wrap for?
