Medicine Dosage Help

Hello my female peahen is sick. I only have this medicine on hand. I’m not good at math converting dosing if someone could help me I would really appreciate it. My pea hen weight 9 pounds. The only watering source i have is 1 gallon size. Some one please help me how much of this formula I need to add on the waterer. The packet has 25g of medicine. Attached are some picture sorry language is in Spanish.

what I understand it says 2 packets (50mg) / 35kg in 25 litters of waters

That’s 70mg/kg

The oxytetracycline packet is the 5.5% stuff that we used to get here in the US. That is supposed to be given at 400-800 mg per gallon.

5.5% = 55 mg of medicine in one gram of powder.
