hello all my four week old pekin fell from his feeding shelve like thing to the bottom of his cage on his back...
He freaked out and flailed but I was there and I righted him....
Anyway I'm scared he hurt something
How do I know if he is in pain?!?
He is walking kinda off and can't clean himself like he use to ..... legs seem spread more idk
he can swim he can walk he is eating and drinking
He's not hollering at me he takes his treats
I put some pedialight in his water and have him some peas
I'm going to get niacin tomorrow just in case ......
The shelf isn't high at all he just flailed once he noticed he was on his back and could right himself
I'm just worried I removed the shelf now everything is on the floor .....
I know this happens a lot

Def get the Brewers yeast they need the extra Niacin that it has especially if your feeding chick starter.

I Am I am as soon as they open in the am
It was about 3 or 4 inches high

If he landed on his back on the shavings I don't think he could be injured maybe knocked the breathe out of him and scared him.
Hopefully in the morning you'll not be able to tell which one fell.
