I see lots of posts asking about laying age. I myself have a mixed flock about 20 weeks old or so and am itching to ask.

I’m not super tech savvy but I would imagine it’s possible to create a few breed specific charts or graphs who’s data is imputed by members on the age of laying in their own backyard birds.

Something that would show the mean or median as well as the extremes.

Maybe the x axis is age in weeks and the y number of birds. Idk something simple and easy to read.

Not even certain those data's can be kept I have birds from 4 years ago birds from this year to start when the first birds are brought in you would have to start then

Some have done it, I did the first year with 6 pullets, tracked them for 6 months with egg weights. But for what you're asking...and I get why you're asking... there are way to many variables....it would be very complicated.

There are a couple threads where someone asked and a lot of folks answered,
maybe do some searching while you wait for your birds to lay ;),
may get a lot of responses here too.

Your birds will lay when they lay...18-28 weeks is average for most breeds...can take longer depending on breed, diet, and time of year. Solstice has passed, so time will be ripening. Can always go this route:
