what are the strange marks all over the member pages?

I'm getting crazy marks and asked a few people and they say they can't see them. They are diamonds with question marks in them. and I see it on mine and almost every other member page I look at? This is what they look like if it works ��������

Hmm... I don't see it on any pages. I think you may have changed your browser's encoding? Anybody else seeing the same thing?

Ok I switched browsers and its fine on Internet Explorer.
