Membrane looks leathery

Hi,
One chicke hatched this morning around 5 am (day 21) so maybe it hatched early. The other eggs haven't pipped or peeped. I hope they're alright and this egg just hatched early. My question is, does this membrane look leathery or dry? Today is day 21 if it's leathery should I open the incubator and add water?

How much humidity do you have in there now?

The chick that hatched was he dry looking when he hatched or wet?

If you decide to add water use warm about 100 degree water. Will jump humidity faster and hold better.

He is wet I don't hve hygrometer I just use the trays. One tray for regular and two trays for lockdown. I filled them up on Wednesday night.

I don't know if I should open the incubator I've only hatched quails before.

If you filled the trays I think you should be ok.

Ok thank you, hopefully the other eggs peep or pip. I candled them and they had good growth.

Hopefully some eggs hatch tonight, but since tomorrow is the 22nd is there anything I should do if nothing happens?
